Terms of Service

The App is a personal task management application that lets you create, organize, and receive reminders for tasks. It offers features such as task prioritization, due dates, local notifications, voice dictation, contact integration, optional export to Google Drive, and optional paid features unlocked via in-app purchase.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

You must not use the App if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.

The App uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
4. Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features.
5. Use the App to store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others.
6. Use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam.
7. Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.
8. Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the App without our written consent.
9. Tamper with, falsify, or attempt to defraud the in-app purchase system.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You retain all rights in the task data and other content you create in the App ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you (for example, to sync, back up to your own Google Drive at your request, schedule notifications, or display tasks across your devices). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its legality and accuracy, and for keeping your own backups.

The App may offer paid features through in-app purchases ("IAPs") processed by Google Play Billing (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS).

• All purchases are processed and billed by the relevant platform under its own terms.
• Prices, currencies, and availability may vary by region and may change.
• Purchases are tied to the platform account that made them. We cannot transfer purchases between Google and Apple accounts.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of Google Play and Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be made through:

• For subscriptions (if offered), they renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Statutory rights to withdrawal or refund under applicable consumer law are not affected by this section.

The App requests device permissions (notifications, exact alarms, contacts, microphone, speech recognition) to provide specific features described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Drive, Sentry, Google Play Billing, the Apple App Store, and Expo. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The App uses local scheduled notifications to remind you about tasks. Delivery depends on your device's operating system, power-saving settings, battery state, and notification permissions. We do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered at the scheduled time or at all. Do not rely on the App for reminders that are critical to health, safety, or compliance with legal obligations.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The App, including its code, design, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks, is owned by Elyscom and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial personal use.

No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may release updates, patches, and new versions of the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. Some updates may change or remove features. By using the App, you consent to receiving such updates automatically through your app store.

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the App or a feature you use.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends immediately.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Sections 5, 10, 13–18) will continue to apply.
• You can still retrieve your data by exporting it before uninstalling, where supported.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not warrant that notifications will be timely or delivered, that data will not be lost, or that the App will be compatible with every device or OS version.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELYSCOM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 25.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold Elyscom and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• Your Content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory legal protections under the law of the country where you reside.

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Elyscom only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license granted in Section 10 is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Changes to these Terms. We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
